These terms govern purchases from this website, operated by IDUN Cosmetics S.R.L.S. (details in the Legal Notice below). By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Products
We sell cosmetic products. Product images are illustrative; natural formulations may vary slightly in colour or scent. Ingredient (INCI) lists and usage guidance are shown on each product page — please read them and patch-test before use.
2. Prices
Prices are in euro (€) and include Italian VAT (IVA). Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm the order. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Orders & contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. product unavailable, pricing error, suspected fraud) and will refund any amount already charged.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers ([Shopify Payments, Apple/Google Pay, PayPal, …]). We do not store your full card details.
5. The IDUN Circle (subscriptions)
The IDUN Circle is an optional recurring purchase:
- You choose a delivery cadence (every 1, 2, or 3 months) and receive the corresponding member price.
- Your payment method is automatically charged at the start of each cycle, and the product ships on that cadence, until you cancel.
- You can pause, skip, change, or cancel at any time before the next renewal from your account (Shop / customer account) or by contacting inari@idun-cosmetics.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund an order already processed and shipped.
- We will notify you of upcoming renewals and of any price change in advance, as required by law.
6. Right of withdrawal, returns & refunds

7. Legal guarantee of conformity
Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee under the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo) for non-conforming goods. This is separate from the right of withdrawal.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death, personal injury, or consumer rights). Cosmetics are supplied for external use as directed; discontinue use if irritation occurs.
9. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory protections and the courts of your place of residence in the EU apply. You may also seek out-of-court resolution via a competent [Italian ADR body, if you adhere to one]. (The EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is intentionally not referenced.)
